The itemized expenses from 5 June through 17 June are 23l. 15s. 0d. The National Archives Currency converter (https://www.nationalarchives.gov.…) estimates that to be roughly 2,702 pounds. Pepys spent an average of about 208 pounds per day, in todays money.

A portion of Mrs. Rumbald's bill of exchange still exists, and can be seen here:

It is endorsed by Sir Robert Long, Auditor of the Receipt of the Exchequer. It looks like the bill is for 20,600 pounds.
The best I can decipher (welcome other suggestions) is:
