Well done Paul Chapin on 18 Dec 2018, I believe you are the only one who go the direction of the money right. Samuel P is indeed asked to 'come in' for £200. I read that the same way you do, namely he is asked to 'invest', 'get himself a share', 'commit to participate' in an endeavour. [Much in the same way a poker player might say that he is 'all in' when placing all his money on a bet.] That's distinctly the opposite of 'coming into' £200, i.e. receiving £200.
